EWC’s Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) program, Cultivating Presence, is an eight-week virtual course. MBCT is an evidence-based program designed to help folks notice and shed patterns that contribute to repeated and prolonged episodes of depression and anxiety.

Centered on an experiential and collective learning model, Cultivating Presence is an opportunity to become aware of and familiar with the way our mind works, understand how it contributes to challenging mood states, and to begin establishing new and compassionate ways of engaging with it. 

The current course offering will run from TBD for a two-hour session each week and includes one extended session. There are two cohorts available; please select ONE that best fits your schedule. All times are listed in EDT.

Before registering, you must either attend an Introduction to Mindfulness info session OR schedule a 30min consultation. Your registration will be cancelled and refunded if you register without doing so.
