Cultivating Presence (MBCT)
Eliezer Wildflower Care’s Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) program, Cultivating Presence, is an eight-week virtual course. MBCT is an evidence-based program designed to help folks notice and shed deeply rooted patterns that contribute to repeated and prolonged episodes of depression and anxiety.
Centered on an experiential and collective learning model, Cultivating Presence is an opportunity to become more aware of and familiar with the way our mind works, understand how it contributes to challenging mood states, and to begin establishing new and compassionate ways of engaging with ourselves.
The course runs for a two-hour session each week and includes one extended session about halfway through. Before registering, you must either attend an Introduction to Mindfulness info session OR schedule a 30-minute consultation. If not, your registration will be cancelled.
