While the application may differ slightly, EWC’s mission remains the same in the organizational/corporate context. Organizational Leadership Consulting with EWC equips leaders with sustainable presencing tools to more intentionally support their colleagues and helps teams create functional systems that both empower staff and advance organizational targets. Jennifer, our lead facilitator, has 15 years of experience in education across federally-funded programs, non-profit, and higher education sectors, with the last five (5) years shifting from programming to operations functions, more explicitly focused on learning & development, equity, power, & belonging, and talent management. Jennifer is a compassionate leader and looks forward to collaborating with key organizational stakeholders to determine which established EWC services and/or tailored programming would best serve participating staff and the organization as a whole.
