Introdcution to Mindfulness
In this 90-minute info session about Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), learn the foundations of mindfulness and the benefits of MBCT in navigating challenging mood states and supporting your day-to-day functioning, bust some mindfulness myths, and get the chance to practice together in community! Maybe it’s your first time practicing; maybe you meditate often and want to know how MBCT is different; whatever your experience, you are welcome here.
